Mory was attentively servicing other customers with repair needs. This gave me a moment to observe his style, expertise and customer service. After a few moments of good energy, I decided to trust Mory to order a sterling silver lobster claw swivel clasp for a pendant to be attached to a charm bracelet. Two days later I received Mory's call that my item was ready for pick up. It was as imagined, at a good price and perfect. I look forward to future purchases.
