Being the nearest Macy's near me, I thought this branch was representative of the entire chain until I went and saw a few others. Many departments of this store are often deserted and dirty. If you're buying clothing, for example, you'll have to wander quite a while before finding someone to help you out. On the other hand, the store has quite a bit of selection when it comes to clothing and other home appliances.
